Water damage restoration in Orlando

The storm hit, the pipe let go, the AC pan overflowed. Breathe. We've got it from here, day or night.

Open 24/7 for homes and businesses across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties.

What to do right now

A few calm minutes now saves a lot later. Then hand it to us.

  1. Stay safe first. Keep away from wet outlets, cords and the breaker panel, and stay out of any room where the ceiling sags.
  2. Shut off the water main if it's a pipe, water heater or appliance leak.
  3. Slip foil or plastic under furniture legs so wood stain and rust don't bleed into wet carpet.
  4. Don't use a household vacuum on water. It isn't built for it and can shock you.
  5. Take photos and video of every wet room before anything moves, for your insurance records.
  6. Call or text us at 407-807-8528, any hour. Send a photo and we'll talk you through the next hour.

Whatever came in, we take it out

Florida water doesn't wait

Our air rarely gets dry enough for a house to dry itself. That's why the first day matters most.

Humidity starts the clock

Mold can begin growing within 24 to 48 hours of a leak. In Central Florida summers, wet drywall and carpet pad rarely dry on their own before then.

Slab homes hide the water

Most homes here sit on concrete slabs. Water runs under flooring and wicks up into baseboards and drywall where you can't see it, so we measure instead of guessing.

The AC is a leak waiting to happen

Air handlers in closets and attics drip for days before anyone notices. A clogged drain line is one of the most common calls we get.

From soaked to dry, step by step

  1. You call, we answer

Call or text any hour. We'll ask what happened, talk you through keeping everyone safe, and get a crew headed your way.

  2. We find where the water went

Moisture readings map the wet areas, including under floors and behind walls, so nothing gets missed.

  3. We pull the water out

Standing water and soaked carpet come out first. Whatever can't be saved is removed carefully, and we show you why.

  4. We dry it, and check every day

Air movers and dehumidifiers set up for Florida humidity, with moisture readings taken each visit until the numbers are back to normal.

  5. Dry, documented, done

You get the readings and photos for your records, and the room back the way it should be.

Common questions

How soon should I call after a leak?

As soon as it is safe to. In Central Florida humidity, mold can begin growing within 24 to 48 hours, and water keeps moving under flooring and into drywall the longer it sits. Call or text any hour and we will talk you through the next steps while a crew heads your way.

Can I just run fans and let it dry?

Fans move surface moisture, but water that has run under flooring or into the bottom of drywall usually stays wet in our climate. We measure with moisture readings so you know what is actually dry, not what looks dry.

Do you work with my insurance company?

We work with all insurance companies. We document everything your adjuster needs: photos, moisture readings and a detailed, itemized estimate, and we'll meet your adjuster on site. You stay in control of your claim. We are fully insured, and we guarantee our work: if something isn't right, we'll come back and make it right.

Steam cleaning or low-moisture, which is better?

Both are good when they are matched to the carpet. We offer both. Low-moisture cleaning dries in about 30 minutes to 2 hours; steam cleaning dries in about 1 to 3 hours and is the pick for heavy soil and pet urine. We choose by the fiber and how dirty it is.

Do you handle businesses as well as homes?

Yes. We work in homes, rentals, offices, shops and other commercial spaces across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, day or night.

What should I have ready when I call?

Where the water came from if you know, which rooms are wet, and whether the water is still running. A few photos by text help us plan before we arrive.
